By means of the introduction to the architectural design characteristics and creation ideas of the heavy machinery workshop and RD center of Beijing No.1 Machine Tool Plant,it is proposed that the issues to be concerned and faced with in the design of a modern industrial building.And it is also obtained that the importance and imminence for studying the development trend of modern industrial buildings.
