It is introduced that the fundamental conterits and the features of the third stage standard for energy efficiency of residential buildings in Hebei Province.Which is compared with the second stage standard,with the aim of revealing the essence of the new standard,and then making it be used more exactly and widely for the energy-saving design of new residential buildings.
