Through bringing in the concept of architecture surface modulus and by analyzing the cause of urban heat island effect,it is enunciated the influence brought by architecture surface absorbing the radiation which causes and enhances the urban heat island effect.Then it is analysed the relationship between architecture energy-saving and the urban heat island effect nowadays,and it is put forward some technical strategies on reducing the urban heat island effect based on ecological architecture surface.
