For flexural members, K is about 118~ 213 and for compression members, it is about 211~ 2181 Through analyzing general safety reserve of reinforced concrete structural member, designers will understand that on the one hand they should comply with code in structural design, on the other hand, they should keep their head in case of slight quality issue or slight overload on structures.
