The basic condition of transport planning is ensuring the transportation safety inside and outside the area to be used. The lanes for trucks must be separated from other lanes clearly. The business vehicle just can enter the outdoor or underground parking lots through the line of Xincheng Road and the central circle transportation square. Therefore, the business vehicles can be separated from trucks. Huawei Company requires the engineers to be in charge of the whole project, whose scheme-preliminary design-detailed design-completion and use should be fully controlled by architects.
