STUDY ON THE INFLUENCE OF PROTECTION ON INFUSED RESIN DURABILITY UNDER THE ENVIRONMENT OF NORTH CHINA

Abstract
As a complex material, infused resin is an important part of FRP. So durability of resin may have some influence on aging resistant capability of FRP. Tests and study were done on durability of resin common used in civil engineering, and some sheets were preserved. Influence of nature environment in north China to strength, extensibility and Young?? s modulus was investigated. Seven groups of sheets which are thirty-five sheets were tested in two years. The results indicates that property of sheets protected was better than the one unprotected.
