The comprehensive treatment of urban domestic refuses by principles of / no harm, decrement and reclamation0 has become the main trend.When selecting the site of an incinerator, whose needs should be met by the planning and design.Meanwhile attention should be paid to the influence on its peripheric environment, so as to construct an ecological industrial environment.
