Abstract
Because of function change and increasing load, the reinforced concrete plates must be strengthened. The externalprestreeing strengthening technology of the plates by unbond steel strand is adopted, practice proved that this technology canimprove the bearing capacity, strengthening effect is good, and the construction is convenient.
