DISCUSSION ON CONSERVATION AND REUSE PLANNING OF URBAN HISTORIC QUARTERS WITH WAREHOUSES AND FACTORIES

There are many problems on conservation and reuse of historic quarters after moving out the warehouses andfactores, which lead to the loss of original features of the site. By studying, it is analyzed summarized and conserved thetypical elements of quarters rather than conserve the historic buildings of warehouses and factores only in order to continuethe features of the site. On the basis of respecting the texture of the city, reorganize the trait of history and terrain is to bereorganized and the historic quarters revive. In the process, some aspects of design and managing of the city should beconsidered carefully.
