The burying of electrical embedded parts in production of prestressed reinforced concrete plate(PC) house can lead not only to complication and diversification of PC plate variety,but also decrease the flexibility among similar plates,which can not meet effectively the demands on diversification of householders,and the productivity is decreased by the alteration of production.Therefore,the electric embedded parts within the PC plates should be excluded in order to raise the productivity of PC houses and meet householders' demands on diversification. It is researched on the validity of electrical design separation during the design of PC houses,through a systemic analysis of the size FP(free plan) design and design work of PC houses in Japan,which provides a basis for further study on industrialized production of congregated houses that are divorced from equipment and built-in devices.
