It is studied a steel tube's three-dimensional stress and core's concrete constraint mechanism by plastic mechanical theory.It is also considered that steel tube's three dimensional stress meets R.Von Mises yield condition at plastic stage.Three-dimensional compression of the cure concrete can increase greatly the ultimate bearing capacity.With different core concrete failure criterion,and different results can be got.
