Abstract

Abstract

The precast reinforced concrete slab house is a representative of industrialized production technology of houses in Japan,Yet it is very difficult for a high value-added production to meet the diversified design requirements of householders.The alteration of production can directly affect the development of future house production.Through the investigation on production of typical PC houses in Japan,it is expounded the reasons of high value-added production of PC houses and its alteration.Particularly there has a definite cognition of a subject for improving productivity of houses by excluding electric embedded parts,thus meeting the diversified design requirements of householders.
