  • The excellent flexural toughness of steel fiber reinforced concrete has been testified by experimental studies and practice of project,and in Technical Specification of Fiber Reinforced Concrete Structure(CSCS 38∶2004),the toughness index is used in the designing of industrial structure ground and shoring of tunnel,but it is different that based on ASTM C1018.In this study,by the experiment on flexural toughness of the steel fiber reinforced concrete specimen,the index is calculated by various methods,and the influence of the volume ratio and concrete strength is studied.
