It is presented the application of spline element and state space precision method to analysze dynamic response of plates on elastic foundation.The spline element analysis is applied in space domain and the state space precision method is used in time domain.In the process of calculation,the computing program is convenient and efficient,there needs no solving of the linear equations and the space precision method is applied directly.The numerical examples are presented,and the results are compared with other methods.The computational results are quite good.
