It has been studied the prestressing construction technology of bidirectional truss string structure of the National Gymnasium.The two methods of tensioning cables are compared from three aspects: cable forces,axial stress and vertical displacements.From the experimental results it has been decided which method is better to complete prestressing construction.The conclusion can be referenced by other similar projects.
