  • It was tried to explain the significant influence of curing on cement hydration of concrete.The temperature and humidity of curing were the key factor that effected cement hydration.A good early curing could reduce autogenous shrinkage of high performance concrete.It was analysed structural characteristics of composition of high performance concrete and explained the curing features of this concrete.Thus one of the critical aspects for the successful usage of high performance concrete would be knowing how to cure it to achieve its full performance.It had long been recognized that adequate curing was to obtain the desired strength and durability properties of concrete.
