Taking some factors influencing mechanical behavior rules of a composite foundation of control settlement and sparse piles with caps into consideration,the mechanical behaviors have been analyzed by means of nonlinear finite element method(FEM),some basic rules of mechanical behaviors have been obtaind.The results can provide the useful guidance for the theory research,engineering design and construction.
