DAMAGE IDENTIFICATION OF FRAME STRUCTURES BASED ON MODAL SENSITIVITY ANALYSIS——NUMERICAL SIMULATION AND TEST VERIFICATION

  • In order to verify the modal sensitivity based on damage identification method, numerical simulation is performed in three types of cases.This method is further evaluated by vibration test of a frame model.Numerical simulation and experimental verification clearly show that for the shear buildings, damage severity and locations can be detected by the method.
