F-type steel-pipe column is often used for outdoor advertisement board and traffic sign.The wind load is the control load.The column base is under eccentric compression and shearing force.The bending moments of two axial directions and the twisting moment are large.Based on classical methods a design and calculation procedure are proposed for the base-plate and anchor bolts of steel-pipe column base connections, which is different from that of the profile steel column base.
