It is presented the steel structure design of GAMECO No.10 Hangar at New Baiyum International Airport in Guangzhou.The roof structure of the hangar is made up of a multi-stage steel truss system.Suspended equipments on the lower chord level of the roof truss exceed those of any other hangars in China both in numbers and in weights.It is presented that main aspects of the structural design, including features of the structure, the structural scheme, load values for the design, the results of structural analysis, selection and determination of the structural materials, design of joints and connections, etc.
