The numerical simulations of bearing capacity of bored piles before and after grouting of a project by FEM are presented. The calculation results are better fit to the measurement results. The effects of post-grouting on bearing capacity are simulated introducing the radius and strength of grouted soil body. The results show the effect of grouting volume on the bearing capacity is large and the bearing capacity of bored piles is linearly increased with the increase of the radius of the grouted soil body. The effect of the strength of grouted soil on the bearing capacity is limited and the critical strength value of grouted soil exists, the effect of the increase of strength on the bearing capacity is very slight after the strength is over the critical value.
