EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON THE L-SHAPE CONNECTION SPECIMENS MADE OF FIBER-REINFORCED PLASTERBOARD

  • It is presented the experimental processes and results of three L- shape connection specimens with two kinds of reinforcing bars under cyclic loading. Failure pattern, bearing capacity, rigidity degeneration, hysteresis curves and energy dissipation etc are studied systematically. And the seismic performance of the two kinds of specimens is also compared synthetically, which provides a basis for the aseismic design and construction of fiber- reinforced plasterboard. And the consequence of comparison to ordinary bricking- up wall bearing capacity indicates that the specimens are satisfied with operating requirements.
