The design scheme of the demonstration building with ultra- low energy consumption in Tsinghua University introduced briefly, and the application of green energies, such as solar energy and hydrogen energy in this project is described in detail. At last a new intelligent control concept/ from net flat to facilities plug and play0 is also provided.
