Abstract

Abstract

The present status of constructing single family housings in towns of China and their problems are analyzed according to the practice of constructing test housings in towns. The applicable techniques for construction of settlements in towns are discussed, based on which the principles of architectural design and technical use of constructing town settlements are also discussed.
