In this paper, influential factors of stochastic time-dependent of resistances for reliability calculation of existing structures are analyzed, and Bayesian method for probable characteristics of resistances is studied based on sample value. Based on measured sample value, a resistance model of stochastic time-dependent for existing structures is proposed, which can estimate conveniently and effectively the resistance for reliability analysis of existing structures.
