Abstract

Abstract

The state of destroy and characteristics of deformation of the testing member are observed, the testing result is analyzed and its characteristic of deformation is studied according to the test of the HRB400 reinforced concrete simply supported beam. The testing result indicates that the HRB400 reinforced concrete simply supported beam not only has enough durability but also works well under the state of serviceability. Some suggestions on modifying the deflection formula of this type of structure are also proposed.
