  • Based on the economic analysis for a relative depth of the compression zone of R.C. flexural members with single reinforcement section, the economical range of depth of the relative compression zone is suggested. It is simple and convenient to reach the aim of optimization design by estimating the depth of section and controlling the relative depth of the compression zone of the members.
