It was verified quantitatively and qualitatively through conducting subjective evaluation and environmental measurement of indoor thermal environment within existing residences that using a new FHP-Ve energy-saving system of enclosure for the residences in areas of being cold in wenter and being hot in summer can not only realize energy-saving, but also raise greatly winter indoor comfort.
