The current applied fields of external prestressing mainly includes externally prestressed concrete bridge,structure rehabilitation and prestressed steel structure, etc.The materials and systems of various applications are introduced herein, the select principle of anchorage system are discussed, finally the future studies and application efforts in these aspects are pointed out.
