Abstract
As strengthening a flexural member with method of increasing section and setting support, messures should be taken to ensure the integral working and loading of new-old concrete structures; at the same time, the unloading ratio should also be increased, which has possibly a remarkable effect on raising the bearing capacity of the strengthened member.
