Abstract
According to Technical Specification for Strengthening Concrete Structures(CECS 25:90), the basic theory of calculation of flexural and shear steel plate-gluing strengthening for RC rectangular beams is introduced, and the software design of their courses is also carried out using Visual Basic 6 0 software. Finally an explanation is done through application examples.
