Obvious vibration occurred in the structure of soaking pit house，calculation，vibration test and on-site inspection were carried out for the actual structure，it was found that most of bolts connecting the crane beam upper flange and column and brake structure loosed，leading to the fact that crane horizontal load cannot be transferred effectively． The check on the bearing capacity of the crane beam showed that after the connection between the crane beam and the brake structure loosed the bearing capacity of the crane beam could not meet the requirement，which led to a hidden danger．
