Research on Protective Reuse of Industrial Heritage Based on Multi-Attribute Decision Making Method: Taking Six Heritage Sites in Qingdao as an Example

摘要: 实现工业遗产的保护性再利用与城市可持续发展的共融互动一直是政府与企业等决策者关注与迫切解决的问题。从多属性辅助决策的角度,运用“偏好排序组织评估法(PROMETHEE)”理论可以有效辅助决策工业遗产的再利用问题。基于PROMETHEE多标准多属性分析理论,以青岛市的六处工业遗产为例,运用定性与定量等多种综合性分析方法,在工业遗产再利用对策层面提出了一套切实可行的优、劣势排序选择方法,可为各遗产点找到最为合适的再利用对策与模式提供理论依据,为解决工业遗产高质量再利用问题提供一种合适的实践方法。研究发现,以往很难通过经验性分析判断再利用方式的遗产,经由PROMETHEE多准则决策方法的数据分析可以帮助进行决策判断。在研究所选择的六处案例中,基于PROMETHEE理论,分别为六处遗产找到了最为适合的再利用对策与方式。

Abstract: The integration and interaction between the protective reuse of industrial heritage and sustainable urban development has always been a concern and urgent solution for decision-makers such as the government and enterprises. From the perspective of multi-attribute decision-making, the application of the "PROMETHEE" theory can effectively assist in decision-making on the reuse of industrial heritage. Based on the PROMETHEE multicriteria and multi-attribute analysis theory, taking six industrial heritage sites in Qingdao as an example, a practical and feasible method for ranking and selecting strengths and weaknesses in industrial heritage reuse strategies was proposed by using various comprehensive analysis methods such as qualitative and quantitative analysis. This can provide theoretical basis for finding the most suitable reuse strategies and models for heritage sites, and provide a suitable practical method for solving the problem of high-quality reuse of industrial heritage. Research has found that it used to be difficult to determine the inheritance of reuse methods through empirical analysis, and data analysis using the PROMETHEE multi-criteria decision-making method can help make decision judgments. Among the six selected cases in the research institute, based on the PROMETHEE theory, the most suitable reuse strategies and methods were found for each of the six heritage sites.-
