ANALYSIS OF CAUSES OF STEEL TRUSS COLLAPSE IN A STOCKYARD

摘要: 桁架是一种由杆件彼此在两端用铰链连接而成的结构,主要承受轴向拉力或压力,从而能充分利用材料的强度,在跨度较大时可比实腹梁节省材料,减轻自重和增大刚度,但往往由于施工不规范,施工质量差导致结构坍塌。以某料场坍塌桁架为研究对象,为查明该桁架坍塌的原因,通过检测桁架杆件材料强度、焊缝尺寸、焊缝强度,调查结构实际作用荷载,进行焊缝力学性能试验和数值模拟分析,最终得出桁架倒塌的根本原因是主桁架焊缝不满足规范及设计要求。Abstract: Truss is a structure composed of members connected by hinges at both ends. It mainly bears axial tension or compression, so it can make full use of the strength of materials. When the span is large, it can save materials compared with solid web beams, reduce self weight and increase stiffness. However, structural collapse oftens occurs due to non-standard construction and poor construction quality. The collapsed truss of a stockyard was taken as the research object. In order to find out the causes of the collapse of the truss, by detecting the material strength, weld size and weld strength of truss members, the actual load of the structure was investigated, the mechanical properties test and numerical simulation analysis of welds were also conducted, it was finally concluded that the root cause of the collapse of the truss was that the weld of the main truss did not meet the requirements of specification and design.
