Research on Mechanical Properties of CLT Wall-to-Floor Joints with Angle Bracket

摘要: 研究一种正交胶合木(CLT)墙板与楼板角钢连接节点。首先通过试验研究两种自攻螺钉在CLT板中的顺纹抗剪、横纹抗剪、抗拔性能和破坏模式,为估算CLT墙板与楼板角钢连接节点试验承载力提供依据;之后对角钢连接节点进行抗拔、抗剪方向的单调及往复加载试验。结果表明,墙板-楼板角钢连接节点主要破坏模式为与墙板连接钉的变形及墙板木材承压破坏,节点表现出较好的延性和耗能性能。Abstract: A kind of cross laminated timber (CLT) wall-to-floor joint with angle brackets was studied. Firstly, the smooth-thread shear, transverse shear, withdrawal resistance and failure modes of two self-tapping screws in CLT plate were studied to estimate the bearing capacity of the CLT wall-to-floor joints with angle brackets. Then monotonic loading test and cyclic loading test in both directions of uplift and shear were conducted on the joints. The main failure modes were bending of the screws and the compressive failure of wood. The results showed that the connection had good ductility and energy dissipation capacity.
