摘要

摘要: 目前我国已进入存量规划时代，如何科学有效地再利用工业遗存成为我国城市规划行业中的重点和难点之一。英国作为世界上第一大工业化国家，具有完善的工业遗产保护区管理制度。基于此，选取英国纺织工业时代的世界遗产“索尔泰尔工业遗产区”，对其建设背景、现状与价值构成进行解读；进而从工业遗产区的保护策略、环境容量评估和运营管理模式三个维度分析探究了索尔泰尔工业遗产区适应性再利用的保护与管理模式；最终，从保护措施和策略、环境容量评估方案、科学有效的运营管理模式三个方面提出索尔泰尔工业遗产区对我国工业遗产保护的启示。

Abstract: At present, China has entered the era of stock planning. How to scientifically and effectively reuse industrial remains has become one of the key points and difficulties in China's urban planning industry. As the world's largest industrialized country, the United Kingdom has a well-established industrial heritage protection management system. Based on this, the paper selected the world heritage "Saltaire Industrial Heritage Area" in the British textile industry era as an example, and interpreted its construction background, current situation and value composition; the protection and management mode of the adaptive reuse of Saltaire Industrial Heritage Area was analyzed and explored from the three dimensions of protection strategy, environmental capacity assessment and operation management mode of industrial heritage area. Finally, the paper proposed a proposal from three aspects:protection measures and strategies, environmental capacity assessment scheme, and scientific and effective operation management mode.
