RESEARCH ON BONDING PROPERTIES OF HIGH-STRENGTH CONCRETE WITH REBAR HRB600 UNDER STABLE CORROSION RATES

摘要: 钢筋锈蚀对钢筋与混凝土黏结性能有较大的影响。为了探究稳定锈蚀率下HRB600级高强钢筋混凝土的黏结性能,对36个稳定锈蚀率下的HRB600与高强混凝土的黏结锚固试件进行中心拉拔试验,分析稳定锈蚀率下HRB600级钢筋与高强混凝土黏结锚固特点以及黏结强度影响因素的变化规律。最后由试验数据推算出相对稳定锈蚀率下黏结性能各个因素的影响规律并拟合出极限黏结强度计算式。Abstract: Corrosion of steel is an important factor affecting the bonding properties of steel and concrete. In order to explore the bonding properties of reinforced concrete with rebar HRB600 under stable corrosion rates, the pull-out tests were carried out on 36 anchorage specimens of bond between rebar HRB600 and high-strength concrete under stable corrosion rates, and the characteristics of the bonding strength and its influencing factors were analyzed. Finally, the variable laws of influencing factors on the bonding properties were calculated by test data under the relatively stable corrosion rates, and the calculation formula of the ultimate bonding strength was fitted.
