APPLICATION OF THERMAL BUFFER SPACE OF VIETNAMESE DETACHED HOUSES IN THE MODERN RESIDENTIAL HOUSES IN LINGNAN REGION OF CHINA

摘要: 在新城镇建设中,我国岭南地区现代小住宅逐渐发展,但因为建造工艺、土地闲置、城镇化进程等因素逐渐趋于同质化,缺乏气候地域特征。而与其气候区域相同的越南小住宅,通过充分利用建筑热缓冲空间,形成多样、丰富、气候可调节的住宅建筑空间的新形式。为此,对越南小住宅热缓冲空间进行分类整理,总结其建筑物理环境改善特性以及建筑空间适应性,并选取岭南地区代表性现代住宅空间,将热缓冲空间运用到典型案例的改造中去。Abstract: In context of the construction of new towns, modern small residential houses in southern region of China have been gradually developing, however, due to the homogenization of construction technique, idle land, urbanization process and other factors, these houses lack of climatic and regional characteristics. Vietnamese small residential houses are in the similar climate region, by making full use of the building thermal climate buffer space, the new form of residential green housing space is created. Through sorting the thermal buffer spaces in Vietnamese small residential houses, its architectural physical environment characteristics and spatial adaptability were summarized. Some of diverse, rich and climate-adjustable respresentative modern residential spaces in southern region were selected as reference in the reconstruction of typical cases.
