Abstract: The academic circles have paid earlier attention and research on the activation and renewal of large or medium-sized industrial heritages such as iron and steel plants, textile mills, and railways. However, there is little writing about the future development and activation and renewal strategies of light industrial heritage such as tea factories. Taking Xindi Tea Factory in Fuliang County, Jingde zhen as an example, the paper proposed an oriented activation strategy based on a value perspective by analyzing the tea plant's renewal demands and heritage values, with a view to providing references for the revitalization of small-sized light industrial heritage.
