RESEARCH ON THE STABILITY OF DOUBLE-SKIN MULTI-CAVITY COMPOSITE WALL WITH STEEL TRUSS UNDER AXIAL COMPRESSION

摘要: 多腔体钢板组合剪力墙由两块外侧钢板和内部填充混凝土组成,通过连接键形成组合作用。为此,提出一种新型桁架式连接键,可有效延缓钢板屈曲并提高墙体整体性能。采用ANSYS有限元软件对墙体性能进行模拟,通过试验数据对比,验证有限元模型的有效性。基于此模型,进行了参数化分析,研究了钢板厚度、钢筋桁架间距、墙体高厚比等关键参数对墙体性能的影响规律。结果表明,增加钢板厚度能延缓钢板屈曲,提高墙体承载力;增大桁架间距会减弱桁架对钢板的约束效果,降低墙体承载力;而改变墙体高厚比会影响墙体的破坏模式。

Abstract: The double-skin multi-cavity composite wall consists of two external steel plates and infilled concrete. Mechanical connectors are used to enhance the composite action between the two materials. In the paper, a new truss connector was proposed, which can effectively delay the buckling of the steel plate and improve the overall performance of the wall. The ANSYS finite element software was used to simulate the wall performance, and the validity of the finite element model was verified by comparing the experimental data. Parametric analysis was carried out to study the influence of key parameters such as steel plate thickness, truss spacing and wall height-thickness ratio on the wall performance. The results showed that increasing the thickness of the steel plate could delay the buckling of the steel plate and increase the bearing capacity of the wall; increasing the truss spacing would reduce the restraining effect of the truss on the steel plate and the bearing capacity of the wall; changing the height-thickness ratio of the wall would affect the failure mode of the wall. -
