偏心受拉型钢-混凝土组合梁的受力性能试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF MECHANICAL BEHAVIORS OF SRC BEAMS UNDER ECCENTRIC TENSION

摘要: 按照实际工程构件,采用1∶0.55的缩尺比例完成了4个型钢混凝土梁板试件在偏心受拉状态下的单调静力加载试验,研究了试件的破坏模式、裂缝分布及开展宽度、承载能力等。试验结果表明:在实际工程的荷载工况组合下,试件内的短期裂缝宽度均小于GB 500102012《混凝土结构设计规范》规定的限值,符合要求。通过参考JGJ 1382001《型钢混凝土组合结构技术规程》中受弯构件的裂缝宽度计算式,并结合GB 500102012中偏心受拉裂缝宽度计算公式,整理出型钢混凝土偏心受拉构件在短期荷载作用下的最大裂缝宽度计算公式,并将计算结果与试验结果进行了对比。Abstract: Monotonic static loading tests of four 1∶ 0. 55 scale model of SRC beam-slab members under eccentric tension were conducted. Experimental research mainly focused on the failure modes,crack distribution and width of cracks, bearing capacity,etc. The experimental results indicated that the crack widths under load cases of practical engineering were smaller than the limit value of Code for Design of Concrete Structures ( GB 500102012) . Referring to the formula for crack width of SRC flexural members in technical specification for steel reinforced concrete composite structures ( JGJ 1382001) and combining with the formula for crack width of reinforced concrete members under eccentric tension in Code for Design of Concrete Structures,the formula for maximum crack width of eccentric tension SRC members under short-term loads was proposed,whose calculated results were compared with the test ones.
