摘要: 以河南省浚县人民医院迁建工程的设计经验为例,分析依据医院的建设规模和建设标准,以及采用适宜的技术等手段有效控制建筑造价、降低医院运营成本的措施。Abstract: Based on the relocation project of Xun County People's Hospital of Henan Province，according to the constructing scale and the standard of a hospital，how to control the constructing cost and lower the operating costs of the hospital by appropriate technique were discussed．
