Abstract: By the introduction to Ma Steel Machinery Industrial Park，the process，energy saving and environmental protection，the protection of the ecological environment etc of the overall planning and industrial building design were researched and analyzed． It was pointed out that the development of the architectural technology and material in relevant disciplines should be noticed， steel plant design innovation and breakthrough shall be started from technology，design and management according to technology advances in the upstream， architectural features updated，building materials and technology development，time technology advancement etc．
