盐渍强腐蚀地区耐腐蚀混凝土试验研究

STUDIES OF CONCRETE'S CORROSION RESISTANCE IN SALTY CORROSION AREA

摘要: 我国西北地区许多工程所在地地下水及地基土具有强腐蚀性,同时因气候原因,全年温差较大,这些客观条件都对混凝土的耐腐蚀性能提出较高的要求。通过一系列的耐腐蚀性能试验,研究了5种配方的混凝土耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:采用高抗硫酸盐水泥加阻锈剂配置的C25混凝土的耐腐蚀性能较差,而采用PO 42.5水泥加矿物掺料配置的C30、C40混凝土的耐腐蚀性能较好。Abstract: In Northwest,groundwater and subsoil of many projects are highly corrosive,moreover,the annual temperature is largely different due to the climate. So the higher requirements are put forward to the corrosion resistance of concrete. A series of corrosion resistance experiments were made to study the corrosion resistance of five kinds of concretes. The results indicated that the corrosion resistance of concrete C30 and C40 with ordinary Portland cement PO 42. 5 and mineral admixtures was better than that of concrete C25 with high sulfate cement and rust inhibitor.
