活性粉末混凝土的抗折疲劳性能分析

ANALYSIS OF THE FLEXURAL FATIGUE PROPERTY OF REACTIVE POWDER CONCRETE

摘要: 通过对活性粉末混凝土试件的静载和抗折疲劳试验,得到试件的极限承载力、抗折强度及疲劳寿命,分析试件的破坏模式和裂缝发展演变过程;通过试验发现活性粉末混凝土试件疲劳变形发展规律分为3个阶段,其疲劳变形第一阶段的疲劳寿命比普通混凝土提高约为5%;对活性粉末混凝土试件的疲劳寿命进行威布尔分布检验,提出考虑失效概率的p-S-N曲线方程,由此曲线方程得出活性粉末混凝土的疲劳极限强度可取其抗折强度的58.8%。Abstract: Based on the reactive powder concrete specimens static load and flexural fatigue test,the ultimate bearing capacity and flexural strength and fatigue life of the specimens could be obtained. The specimens failure mode and fracture process of evolution were analysed. The development of fatigue deformation of RPC specimens was divided into three stages. Compared to the normal concrete,the fatigue life of the fatigue deformation was increased by about 5% in the first stage. Based on the Weibull distribution test of RPC specimens fatigue life,the p - S - N curve equation taking account of failure probability was proposed. By the curve equation,the RPC's fatigue ultimate strength could take 58. 8% of its compressive strength.
