水泥电石渣固化淤泥-铁尾矿渣的强度试验

STRENGTH TEST ON THE SOLIDIFICATION FOR DREDGED SILT MIXED WITH IRON TAILINGS BY CEMENT AND CARBIDE SLAGS

摘要: 利用疏浚淤泥和铁尾矿渣粒径的互补性,将工业废料铁尾矿渣与废弃淤泥混合后采用电石渣、水泥等固化剂进行改性处理,通过改变各材料组合配比对废弃的疏浚淤泥和尾矿渣进行固化,尝试配制一种既环保又能变废为宝的新型土工材料,实现淤泥、尾矿渣和电石渣资源化利用的目的。基于室内一系列无侧限抗压强度试验,以正交试验和单掺试验为基础,得出改性淤泥各材料之间最佳组合配比为:水泥10%、电石渣10%、尾矿渣60%;尾矿渣对于提高淤泥的强度具有显著作用。Abstract: Using the complementation of particle size of dredged silt and iron tailings ,the industrial waste iron tailings mixed with waste silt by carbide slag,cement and other curing agent improvement modified. By changing the material proportion of components to solidity dredged silt and iron tailings,it was tried to confect a new type of green geotechnical material to realize the reuse of dredged silt,iron tailings,and carbide slag. Based on a series of indoor unconfined compressive strength tests and taking text orthogonal,single admixture text as the basis,it was obtained the best combination mix of the modified silt,i. e,as well as 10% cement,10% carbide slag,and 60% iron tailings; iron tailings had a significant effect to improve the strength of silt.
