Abstract: How to evaluate，preserve and reuse industrial heritage is the hot issue of research． Taking Tianjin Soda Plant for example，this paper discussed the combination of the value evaluation with entities of industrial heritages． And it tried to explore the way of grading protection according to the value evaluation of the industrial heritages， which would provide a reference for the conservation and reuse of industrial heritages．
