Abstract: Through the case introduction of sino-singapore Tianjin eco-city heat supply plant industrial building design，starting fromgreen industrial buildingsdesign concept，and by combining with the heat source plant project in site selection，function demand and structure，this paper investigated the heat source plant green industrial building design，particularly in terms of energy conservation and environmental protection design in order to advocate the application of green industrial building design and form a new pattern of the industrial building design that would be helpful to the development of modern and future society gradually．
