COMPARATIVE STUDY OF DESIGN METHODS FOR STEEL COLUMNS STRENGTHENED BY WELDING WHILE UNDER AXIAL AND ECCENTRIC LOAD IN DIFFERENT CODES

摘要: 钢结构负载下焊接加固技术已在大量加固工程中普遍运用,然而国外现行技术标准中均无具体规定或只有一般性提示,仅中国的CECS 77∶96《钢结构加固技术规范》和YB 925796《钢结构检测评定及加固技术规程》积累了若干设计条文。为此,对国内标准中解决负载下焊接加固问题的条文框架进行梳理,并针对轴压钢柱和压弯钢柱设计方法进行计算算例分析,提出加固联合系数对两规范的不合理情况进行统一界定,通过对比找出差异和不足,为后续的研究和标准制定提供参考。Abstract: The method of strengthening steel structure by welding while under load has been widely used in numerous reinforcement projects. However,despite some general tips,there are no specific provisions in present foreign technical standards. The few specific design provisions are only left within Chinese standards Technical Specification for Strengthening Steel Structures ( CECS 77 ∶ 96 ) and Technical Specification for Inspection,Assessment and Strengthening of Steel Structures ( YB 925796) . The provisions framework of domestic code and specification to solve the problem of strengthening by welding under load was combed. And the calculation examples and analyses related to design methods of steel columns under axial and eccentric load were given. The concept of joint reinforcement coefficient was also proposed to make unified definition for the unreasonable situation in two standards. By comparison,the discrepancies and inadequacies were pointed out to provide reference for the follow-up researches and code revision.
