天津图书馆钢结构关键节点应力监测分析

ANALYSIS OF STRESS MONITORING RESULTS OF KEY JOINTS IN STEEL STRUCTURE OF TIANJIN LIBRARY

摘要: 天津图书馆主体结构采用组合钢框架-支撑体系与空间交叉桁架相结合的结构体系。主体钢结构施工过程中结构体系转换频繁,关键节点在施工过程中存在较大的应力水平,因此有必要对关键节点进行施工全过程的应力监测。应力监测过程采用三种测试手段:电阻应变片静态应变测试仪、电阻应变片动态应变测试仪和钢弦式应变传感器。由监测结果可知三种手段监测的应力曲线变化趋势一致。通过相互对照监测结果,可以及时发现问题,保证监测结果的准确性和有效性,以及现场施工的顺利进行。Abstract: A complex steel structure system of combining steel frame-supporting system with intersected trusses was adopted as the main structure of Tianjin library. The stress level in key joints was high in construction process due to frequent changes of the main steel structure system,therefore it was necessary to monitor its stress in the whole constructing process. Three methods,electric resistance static strain testing system,electric resistance dynamic strain testing system and vibrating wire strain gauge system were used for monitoring. Results of these 3 ways are in accordance with each other,which guaranteed the smoothness of construction procedure and the accuracy and validity of monitoring results.
